Just popped in on Saturday to pick up my online order. Was pleasantly suprised with the outstanding customer service. I needed to use the trolley ordered straight away and was helped with unpacking it and putting the wheels on, by a member of the staff, I believe her name might have been Chris, she was professional, helpful and polite. She even disposed of the packaging, all in all great service.

As an occasional shopper at Toolstation, finding products isn’t very easy. The staff suggested a couple options for a cooling fan. One of the staff members believe her name was Chris suggested a tower fan that I don’t ever regret buying now. Customer service was outstanding, definitely suggest Toolstation as a go to.

Had a great experience at the store today the staff member that helped me was very helpful knowledgeable he really knew his stuff I'm only sorry that I didn't get his name he was quite tall dark hair I will definitely return to wood green store😊

Staff was very unhelpfull. Needed some items for tonight and the lady said she does not have enough time to pick the items and finalise the transaction before 8. All she offered to do in the time that was left is to give me a basket number to pick it up tomorrow, and refused even to give me just 1 item that was the most urgent for me. Make sure you leave plenty of time for them to walk around before closing time.
