Toolstation Dulwich

Why is it that at the Dulwich branch in London that what used to be click and collect only, and was very quick to get the items we needed.
And it is now seemingly possible for people to turn up without an order and just hold up a huge queue of people that have followed the rules and ordered online.
I think this is ridiculous, and I hope you can return to online only and keep it that way forever as it was such a smooth service, quick, easy and effortless.
Now every trip to toolstation is 20 mins waiting instead of 30 seconds making it not viable to use in a working day
What a disaster of staff not following the business own rules...

They are all helpful and smiling. Very professional. The best Toolstation branch I have been. Especially when I need to get a broken power tool to be repaired or replaced, they do it so fast that I get no headache over it at all.

I highly recommend this store, all the staff are very friendly & helpful, it's probably the best store in South London. I have been there multiple times and never had any issues.
