Toolstation Catford

I've used Toolstation quite a few times in the last 10 years, and as it's my nearest toolshop I usually buy my tools from them. I ordered a circular saw online and when I collected it , the box was wrapped up. After opening it at home I realised that they had given me the cheaper model. I bought it back to the shop with receipt and they told me they couldn't exchange it or give me a refund. They would contact the warehouse who would then email me. I waited 2 weeks, but no email. I bought it back to the shop again and they told me the model I had ordered wasn't now in stock, they couldn't give me a refund and I'd have to call customer services. Of course, this was closed because it was the weekend. I called them again on Monday. 62 MINUTES waiting to speak to someone !!! When I finally did , they said that because I bought the product over a month ago, I couldn't exchange it!! I flipped out!!! They finally agreed to put a note on my account so I can get a refund or exchange. Haven't been back in the branch yet to see if they will actually do this, but I can't believe what I've been though because of a mistake made by toolstation. DISGUSTING!! Screwfix for me in future!!

Very good staff. I shop a lot in toolstation especially in catford as they're able to solve anything and treat costumers with car. Mr Ashley has made sure to pull me into catford store with his costumer care skills.

Ash gave me great advice as to what I would need for my project and was a very friendly and enthusiastic guy. It was a great experience being served by him.

Service here at Catford is the best toolstation I have received at a toolstation branch. Although Ashley is the best the team here are perfect. Thanks toolstation
