I had lost the screws for a mid-century desk with metal threaded inserts. Needing help I went to this hardware store and would recommend it to anyone. They did not carry what turned out to be 1/4" Whitworth screws but they helped me so much and with a lot of patience in the process of finding out what screws I needed.

What a great shop to have on my doorstep! They’ve got everything! And their handyman service is great. It is run by super nice people too! Local businesses like this really deserve to do well.

I’ve been going to this store for at least two years. The three guys that run it are great. Knowledgeable about the products and very helpful and nice. I live just as close to my local Home Base as I do to this shop and choose it over Home Base every time because of the staff.

I’ve been helped on the day and hour of need by Beijan & Mohamed from the West End Hardware shop, who came over on a very short notice, and sorted out my plumbing problem. I was impressed with their professionalism and dedication. I was very grateful for their emergency service and will certainly call on them again in the future. I highly recommend their handyman services.

Great hardware shop in West End Lane, they have absolutely everything you need for home, they also provide excellent handyman services. I used their services few times and always punctual and reasonably priced.

This shop should be called A to Z as they have everything you can think of products and tools and the handy man service is great I rate them 100/100 👍🏻

Great DIY store. Looks small from the outside but has just about everything you could ever need. And great customer service to boot. A local lifesaver.
