Sold me some cheap shelf supports that snapped as they were being screwed into the wall (right sized hole), owner refused to refund me as the tip of the bolt was still in my wall, he was being a real @rse about it too. The assistant is helpful on the other hand, but I would save your money and the effort of trying to work with overpriced tat.

For the size of the shop, they have very good selection of tools, ironmongery and fixings. Young lad on the counter is very helpful.
BTW; I don't know what is Lolly talking about, she gave the answer, but what was the question? Something for microwave? It is hardware store, not Curys!

I called in to look for something particular and my response from the person that answered the call was appalling! ! I am THE CUSTOMER, I would have expected him to help as much as he could. He didn't even try! All he said was, " I don't know what you are looking for,I don't use microwaves!! "....This was unacceptable! !!
In my opinion, he used all the wrong words ! Even if I really wanted the piece of material I was looking for, I surely will not get it from you. Bad first time impression !

if they don't have it they can get it in really quick and really good prices, much better then going to these big shops that cant even give good advice, guys behind the counter super knowledgeable, keep up the good work lads I have told all my mates and people in the trade about this shop,
