Screwfix is always good, helpful staff and have everything you need. If not in stock will have the following day so can't fault that service! Reason for 3 stars is parking is a bit of a nightmare, especially in a van at busy periods

Ordered online for click & collect, email received confirming order 1min later, text received after 5mins confirming I could pick-up purchases, 5mins to drive there, collected items, 5mins to drive home.
If only life were that simple...

Always a pleasure. Even better during covid, as you don't get the " I can't be bothered to read the catalogue" and I'll ask Arkright for the thing that I want, and have no idea about, and can't be bothered to lookup, whilst the queue goes out the door. Much more efficient now. Hope it stays that way!

Ordered online as I couldnt attend the branch and arranged for a friend to collect, unfortunately they wouldnt give him the product without the card used to purchase it..

Great service from Chris and his team. Brought a Google Nest Thermostat that had a offer for a free Google Nest mini. However I didn't add the NEST Mini to my basket during purchase online. Came back to the store a few weeks later and they honoured the offer so I got my Nest Mini in the end. Top service. +++

Never ever order anything that you can't take back yourself, ordered sliding doors, 3 weeks to deliver the wrong doors, we're now at 3 weeks to then pick them up for return and refund. Bloody useless.
Also, expect to fight like hell to get your money back. 7 weeks in and because they haven't been notified by the supplier of the return they won't return the money. Stay away, far away from these shysters.
