This company is terrible it took 6 days to even acknowledge my order. I received my order and one was wrong so I asked for a return and they have made me pay my own postage. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE as I will never again!

The lock I purchased did not come with any keys. I had purchased the wrong lock. I was able to order a new one that fitted and worked perfectly. Great customer service.

This is how customer service should be done, sadly it is hard to find places like this these days. We needed complete furniture for two stable doors & went to the Fleet warehouse. We received excellent advice from Tony & agreed that a quotation be sent by email which was subsequently handled by Chris. After receiving the initial quotation we changed our minds on the style, Chris was extremely helpful & together with Tony came up with the perfect combination of furniture & locks for us. What is more, the prices were very competitive. I highly recommend Handles 4 Doors.

Very good products, delivered on time.
The key for me with this company is customer service they are superb.
They went though the products I wanted showed me like for like for colour match if they were not in stock.
Ensured I had the correct measurements (idiot proof).
A couple of issues down to me, these were quickly resolved by the team.
All in all a great experience with a company that go the extra mile.
