Great service, incredibly helpful. I was walking past a week ago and popped in, I wasn’t sure what size I needed Milon was brilliant. I’ve since been back 3 times passing 4 hardware shops because the service is friendly and the advice is accurate, from now on all my hardware requirements will be purchased here.

A five-star experience in every way. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful, and especially for a technical numbskull like me. The shop's range of products is also remarkable, given its size - and if by chance you can't find what you're looking for, it's usually available within 24 hours. All in all, the perfect local hardware store - friendly, professional, dedicated staff, huge range, and open seven days a week. Keep up the great work.

I live really near the Arch and it is incredibly helpful how much of the time it is open! I probably shop here twice a week - washers, keys cut, paint, gloves etc etc. Just one of those essential local hardware stores that has anything you need with friendly helpful staff to guide you. Highly recommend for all your bits and bobs
