Terrible, (on this occasion) when technology goes wrong it's not nice. Inconvenient as cash only and nearest cash machine was quite a distance for those with mobility issues, but fine for the able bodied.There needed to have been a staff member informing customers at the entrance rather than a tannoy message when you have almost completed your shop and only having various bits of plastic as payment. Cash Only all day. Hopefully just an isolated incident. Staff were courteous, polite and tried their best to assist.

Wilko has a variety of different features including DIY and leisure equipment and accessories for the House and Garden, Electric Lighting and Lot's of Items for the. Household. Extremely satisfied with the service and very helpful 😀 I would Recommend Wilko to Everyone. Thanks for your Help. Michael.

Had some empty shelves in this branch other then that overall experience was good . Present check out staff

Visited Wilko today, as i needed a fridge thermometer and a few other items, would just like to say Kerry was so helpful and informative, nice member of staff.

Had a large amount of Christmas decorations. Some of the other shelves were empty but got what I needed

Sadly Wilko is loosening its reputation. It is not the same as before Pandemic.

Not always a good experience here. But today was an exception. A member of staff was incredibly helpful. The stock seemed better than it has been of late! And 2 cashiers were on tills. Along with self-service. No shop is ever perfect! But there is always room for improvement.
