Ealing Decor Centre

I’ve been here quite a few times since moving to the area a few months ago. The staff are super helpful, happy to answer questions and they stock a good range of products at decent prices. In fact, I’m heading down there in a minute to get a new key cut!

Good range of the kind of stuff you often find yourself needing - light bulbs, key cutting, oven lights, paint, mould spray, gloves, paint brushes etc. Seem to also have more professional stuff as well for the trade. Very friendly staff who are happy to spend time answering your questions and giving advice.

Very poor service .
The owner opened the package saying that all plugs are in the same size.
Wrong advice given by the shop owner made me to be forced to buy. I was told to get a refund by him if it doesn't fit.

Once I came there to get refund, he asked me to come next day.
When I come next day, the lady refused to give me refund as he is off and asked me to come back next day when lock down starts.
Don't believe in a piece of advice of the couple..
They don't take care of it.

Store is well stocked. The staff are friendly and always willing to help.
“Staff wear masks and check temperature” is not accurate though. I’m yet to see staff wear a mask. The problem isn’t the mask but the lie about is.

This shop is local to me and I want to support them. On two occasions when I’ve wanted to give them my business there were people standing in the door way smoking. Unfortunately that’s enough for me to go elsewhere.

Well stocked and v helpful hardware store / ironmongers.
Western Union point as well. Nice to have such a good local shop still here.

The lazy ups driver took my package there, said i wasn't in. Which I were, so had to collect, and jump through hoops to retrieve it.
