Toolstation Chingford

The staff were amazing, I needed to replace some unusual size screws an bolts and Sarah and Jay took time to find exactly what I needed.
Great customer service.

Totally disgusted that this Chingford branch refused to do a refund for me, I have an email from head office saying all stores are dealing with refunds. Went to Edmonton branch and they did it with no problem. Need a change of staff at Chingford branch!

Rude staff that cannot get you the correct items when asked. I wanted a pair of safety boots for work and asked for size 9 which they said were in stock.
The boots I received when I checked at home were size 12.
I tried to take them back in the morning as their website said they were open from 6-30am. When I got there it said open at 7am.
Another f up.
Whet back after work and the lady serving was quite rude and abrupt then informed me my boots were out of stock.
They are a complete shambles and I won't be shopping there again.
Screw fix is by far a better more organised shop.

I've been to your Chingford branch a lot recently and have always been given excellent customer service. My last visit was probably the best so far, I went in and thought I knew what I wanted but it turned out my superb DIY brain lacked the knowledge needed to complete the job in hand but no fear the always smiling Chris was there on hand to help me out and sort out what was needed. I left there feeling yep this will do the job and a lot easier. Thanks Chris you made my day and brightened up a miresable start to the week. I will most definitely be going back there.

Love the staff in this store, always willing to help and Happy to do so. Love the products at the front of the store too especially the paint brushes.

What more can I say but thank you for helping me find the items I needed went in there without a clue and even tho it took over 20mins to find what I need I have to praise the patience of the staff and in particular Michael who served me. I will be back again thanks a bunch
