This store has a wide range of products - mostly overpriced to reflect its 'convenience' opening hours. I purchased a cheap £19.99 toaster in October'21 and, because it's failed - tripping the circuit breaker (not a blown fuse), today April'22, I asked for a full refund. I was offered a replacement but I don't want to accept another cheap toaster that's just as likely to fail. Next stop: Westminster Trading Standards!

Any project or hobby can benefit from the multitude of items and I always leave with more than I went in there to get. It's fun to look around and see what they have added or changed out each time. Great people that are always friendly. Keep up the great work.

These guys know their stuff and the bonus is their customer service is top notch - from the time you go in to pick out your products to any work that may need to be done on it. They go beyond my expectations every time!! The staff is very knowledgeable & the attention to customer service is fabulous. Best in the area!

I've found that when I want to purchase larger items that this store has better customer service. They are bigger but also more willing to earn the trust of the customer. I appreciate the extra steps they take to make sure that I am a satisfied with my purchase.

I visited the store and found everyone was friendly and helpful. The store manager helped me to put my purchase in a cart and took it to my car and unloaded it for me, I appreciate it very much.

The selection of products is good and staff very helpful. The garden section is particularly nice with a wide variety and staff that will help you with their best advice.

The manager was extremely rude, the worst attitude in the world. I bought a bottle of drain unblocker from this shop a while ago and only got to use it today, and found out the seal inside is already open and only half liquid left inside the bottle (but couldn't tell when I bought it because it was still quite heavy) . I went back to the shop and explained and wished to have a replacement, but the manager was the rudest person, he said "Don't buy from us" and asked me to leave the shop. I NEVER EVER had any experience in my life before like this.
