Toolstation Witney

Never again ! Always used Screfix before but thought I’d try toolstation. Chose click and collect on the website- it said stock available on 10 mins to collect. When I got to store 1 item was not available so I was told I couldn’t take the other 3 items even though they had them in store ! So had to cancel order and get a refund ! ridiculous!

Very good and helpful and honest i left my wallet on the counter while i was looking at the catalog i walked out of the shop and
Left it the Tim chased after me and returned my wallet thankfully

Colleagues at this store were welcoming, hardworking, and helpful. They had great measures put in place for social distancing. They were speedy too! Will be a returning customer.

I used to have to park my car under a tree as the ground in parts of my front garden is really soft due to an underground stream. Grabbed some ground stabilisers from the really helpful guys in Witney. Now I'm not parking under the tree so the birds aren't ruining my paintwork. Only having to wash the car every couple of weeks now instead of every couple of days which is also a bonus!

I bought a lawnmower from the Witney branch yesterday. Excellent, friendly customer service. I was helped to put the mower in the car and the colleague who helped was also very happy to print an extra receipt, as I hadn't had time to check the emailed versions had arrived before leaving to collect it. Thoroughly recommend the branch. Good experience in other branches too.

Not only for trade. Open for household. Wanted some white electric wire clips. This was the cheapest place to buy them.

Used for convenience, not again , kept waiting to be served. Was seen by a member of staff but no acknowledgement. Staff not very friendly or helpful . Would not recommend would rather drive extra miles and use abingdon or Botley Road.

Always first class service and the whole staff are helpful, polite and in my experience always willing to go above and beyond to get you what you need.
