Excellent service. Even with the social distancing at the moment I was able to order on my phone while in the car park and within 5 - 10 minutes it was ready for collection. The staff were also very friendly and courteous. I've never shopped with toolstation before but given the service and low prices I'll definitely be shopping there again.

I don’t appreciate the sort of attitude I received from a female called sevim she so moody and she racist towards black people ,I came to buy some waste pipe and it’s was busy the young male press the buzzer for help and she didn’t come till after 5 mins with a moody face looked at me like I was nothing ,how can tool station have these sort of staff working there ,I will never being going back to that store if she will be there ,I also put the word about on how racist this shop is .

Shop here on a regular basis, staff are very welcoming and helpful, Sevim in particular, advised by her on a few occasions and suggestions were bang on, every time. Thank you

Next Day Delivery 48 hours late. Tried to speak to someone on the phone only to be greeted by an unattended recording with the usual "we are expecting very high call volumes" "average call time waiting is thirty, seven, minutes" 37 Mins!!!!

I have made 2 visits to this branch and both times, the staff were amazing. Sofia in particular was exceptionally helpful. Not only did she advise me on how to use the product I came to collect, but also showed great care ensuring that our entire experience was very pleasant.

First time been there. Purchased an item from their website this morning. I chose to collect selected location and ready to collect in 5mins. Wow that was quick. The shop is located in an industry estate good parking bay. I was 2nd in the queue and there were 3 check out staff, and just waited 1min to be served. Gave my order code and walked out with my item. It was a very good experience no hustle what so ever.
