OK so this place is tucked away so they don't get much through traffic. There is a lot of parking and it never gets too busy so you're always in and out. It's quite a reasonable sized tool station and really well stocked. I went here for a sander which I couldn't get at screwfix.. This will be my first port of call next time. Really helpful friendly members of staff always make the difference too.

Southwick branch Used to be good, twice last week website confirms in stock , go to store out of stock. Yesterday i had to return a faulty item, should have been easy as it was visibly damaged. This branch made a simple exchange as difficult as possible. No apology just lack of commitment.

A very helpful senior member of staff offered some sage advice for chasing cables into a wall with an SDS. I was reccomend all the things I needed to complete the job at reasonable price. I will deffinately be using this branch again.

Consistently excellent service from Hannah at the Southwick branch. She is fast and efficient and offers the best possible options. She even remembers the names of customers!!!
