Toolstation Chadwell Heath

I don't normally leave a review but i was so impressed with the efficiency of service here I felt I had to. Considering how much pressure everyone is over these days all the staff had a smile on their faces, which is very rare. I was helped by a young man called Bill i think, nothing was too much trouble, even when I'd ordered the wrong thing he didn't moan he just laughed it off and put the correct number in to get my product. Well done to all of you, keep safe

Good friendly staff. Always there to help. A big mention to Ryan who really went out of his way to find me the correct cutter for my Grinder. A real credit to the company. Thank you.

Hi Toolstation , I want to say thank you for being so nice and helpful. Your staff’s are very professional and always go that little extra mile to make numerous customers like me happy on the go, I recently popped into this store for an item desperately needed for my grandma’s house. I went to B&Q but I couldn’t find them, then I stop at this store but sadly it was also out of stock here. I met ‘Shehab’ who was serving at the till, very cool and helpful guy, he took the time and looked into other stores for the item and then found it in barking store. I was advised to order online and collect it from barking. Finally I bought it. My grandma is super happy now. A big thumbs up for having such helpful staff. I will happily comeback again. Recommend to anyone 🤗

I was in a serious rush to buy a part for my boiler and a colleague called Mari, stopped what she was doing and came over to serve me immediately. Her product knowledge was much better than mine because after describing what I wanted, she quickly located the exact product I needed which was a filter.
I felt like her customer service was above and beyond the normal level of service I am used to, especially during this tense pandemic climate. Toolstation have an individual whose approach to dealing with customers is a breath of fresh air. Mari is a real credit to Toolstation. Perfect customer service.

Great shop and great prices. Recently been preferring Screwfix as it seems this shop is always understaffed with only one person on the till. The same person then goes to collect the orders so even with a click and collect you end up waiting 10mins in a queue with only 2 people in front.

Pleasantly surprised from the service I received from Mari today. I went to two different stores for an item which the tool station website said is available for collection. When arriving at both stores, I was told that the item was not in stock. I then went to Chadwell heath which is a 45 minute drive from me and the item was in stock! I received excellent service which made the drive worthwhile. Thank you Mari!

This is an always efficient and easy to access shop. They thrive and delight in serving customers which is a welcome relief. Their prices are also very competitive too. I always price check with them and nine out of ten times, they are cheaper than their competitors.

Mari Mari Mari, so good I had to write her name thrice. Cut a long story short, I went in on Saturday as I needed help with an item I purchased previously and didn't expect the level of service that I received. I was fully prepared to leave the store disappointed but left with a big smile on my face. She had literally made my week. This lady needs to be promoted to the senior ranks of toolstation elite
