Good place for DIY stuff. Staff are helpful. Shop could do with an update though

I have answer the shop this morning and grated the staff using the word assalamualaikum the owner of the place told me that is not such a word used here I explained to him the meaning of salam alaikum as I said it means peace be on you the owner of the shop told me me yes I know no and we don't use it here I felt really offended and I believe that he is racist towards Muslims

Always helpful great local DIY shop

This place is a treasure trove of all things DIY and garden. Curtis, Lionel and the guys are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They've helped me with many handy DIY tips and always with a smile. Lovely, local, family run business, would recommend any day!

Been here since the old king died, or so it seems, the owners are excellent and can usually magic up what you need from some hidden corner like an Aladdin's Cave!

Excellent service every time I've been. The staff take time with their customers requirements and do their best to fulfil them.

Needed some decorating bits on a Sunday, found this little gem of a shop. Buzzing atmosphere, endless stuff. Really old skool.
