Toolstation Borehamwood Elstree Way

I came into Toolstation the other day with my dad to collect an order. Alfie was very helpful in delivering us the best service. Next time your in there, definitely ask for Alfie’s help!

& help my wife and I about an order . Found out later that her name is Paula and she is the manager. Her knowledge was exceptional.

I happen to walk in Toolstation Borehamwood on one hottest day in history. Inside Toolstation, I feared my reading glasses frame would melt, it was that hot. But the friendly staff were going about their business as if they worked in such conditions all year round.

I would recommend this Borehamwood store highly and more so if you need to engage with staff about products if one is not sure ; like us

Was helped by a young gentleman the other day called Adam ,who took time to help me find what I was looking for , and whatever wasn’t in stock he helped by reserving it at another store . Thanks Adam !

Went to tool station 4.10.22.lady with glasses think she was manager.wwnt across and asked for a part for my sink a horse shoe bracket that fits under sink.wish I never went there as its the 2nd time yhat pathetic rude lady who seems to have a problem helping customers. I showed her the part and was going to buy other items.So sorry i asked her .she told me she was not a plumber and I replied I am not s plumber she then reied I am not a plumber so whit her rudness and un helpful attitude, I Saif forget it.and made my way out of the shop.going to my car I saw she and yhe boy working with her laughing at me.please toolstation borehamwood is not a place for me.i went screwfix where they was most helpful. Guess that rude member of staff at toolstaion has no politeness or helpfulness. I am So annoyed.

5 stars for the staff. Especially Sanra but the app is rubbish. Do not trust the stock levels on the app. They are almost always wrong.

Fantastic customer service from Paula always very helpful, and always goes out of her way to help me and set up a trad account. If I could I would give Paula 10/10 every time.

Worst customer service travelled 40miles for an item and found product has already been opened and missing screws only due to checking I had to highlight there are missing screws. No discount nothing
