Screwfix Farnborough - Hawley Lane

Why didn't I discover this place before. Excellent service, massive stock. Never a wait if you order online. Great prices. Have already used several times. Will certainly use more.

Excellent service! When I entered, the shop was crowded so the queue was long. However, there were staff on hand to check the requirements of people in the queue; this gives advance notice to the stores and helps reduce queuing time. Thea store is clean, brightly lit, and well organised. It also always has what I want, or has it within a day or two. All round excellence! 😀

Conveniently placed which saves so much time instead of fighting the awful traffic chaos around Invisible Road which I now avoid at all costs.
I now always check Screwfix for stock even prepared to wait for item to come in again sadly avoiding going into town which is a shame.
I have always found the staff knowledgeable and friendly and whilst I agree with some comments that at busy times it can take some time to get to the customer desk but being a none trader I am happy to wait as it's still quicker than sitting in traffic jams or driving further for me. Very convenient.

Just Great, no problems.

Staff were excellent yesterday. Chap knew exactly what I wanted. Happy days.

Surprisingly busy for a Sunday, but had everything in stock I needed. Should have more staff to speed things up.
I give to collect something I ordered online, they were quick and friendly as usual.

Its a fairly small place but normally has the normal DIY things. Click and collect is the way forward with screwfix, also when your card is set up you can pay within a few clicks and normally get a text saying its ready to collect within 10minuits
