My experience of purchasing door furniture from Boyles was unsatisfactory from start to finish. Boyles just lost good customer.

I had the unenviable task of buying door furniture during Lockdown and Jo has been tireless in her attempts to help me get what I wanted - even to help me find out what I wanted in the first place! She has been in touch by email, phone and mobile and has been patient, polite and given excellent advice. Good shop, wide range of doors and hardware. Good prices and very helpful staff

Highly recommended. Popped in to get two parts for an internal double door. Really friendly staff and had good choice of options to resolve double internal doors and keeping them shut without seeing much of the fixings. Price as you would expect. Good local store and well worth popping into over mainstream DIY shops.

I had a great experience with the team. Jo was very helpful in working out what I needed to solve the problem I had and stayed open late (even though it was her husband's birthday!) when she knew I was on the way and got stuck in traffic. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Great customer service!

Needed some replacement drop handles for some drawers. Lady behind counter was very helpful and pointed me in the direction of a third party website. So now I'm waiting for the product to arrive.
