Screwfix Walton-on-Thames

Very helpful and friendly staff. I ordered and paid online and the item was ready for collection when I arrived. I brought to old unit with me to ensure I had ordered the correct unit and staff opened the new packaging up so that it could be checked plus they even disposed the old unit for me ensuring that recyclable parts were recycled. Fantastic 😀

This store used to be fast and professional a couple of years ago but now every time I use their service, its a disappointment. The staff is unhelpful, orders take a very long time ( at least an hour almost every time) and the workers are not in a rush at all. I saw today a gentleman watching a box for two minutes as he didn’t know where to put from the truck. As it takes forever to empty the delivery truck in the morning, no one is preparing the orders and so people get annoyed and argue at the front door. I hope these workers will be replaced someday and so everyone can finally have a peaceful morning on the way to work. Location of store is Walton on Thames.
The delivery arrives at 7:30 and now its 08:47 and the truck just left the store I’ve just got my order and I am late from work once again

We are local building company using Screwfix services for a couple of years now. We are always happy with range and quality of products . Excellent customers service skills and friendly staff. Efficient collection system.

Very busy. The World and her Mother are at Screwfit.
Limited parking.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff, even if Will did look like a burglar in his gloves and beenie hat.
Longer wait in the queue than the queue to receive my goods.
Sadly, there was an issue with my card payment online, so easier to just go in for what I wanted.

Been here so many times - easy collect, easy parking, easy returns, easy queuing system. Cannot recommend more highly. Ask for Annabelle, she was so helpful!
