Have a new manager now and all the early problems have gone seems to be fully stocked now

was served the other day by a young lady called Ruby. I needed some nails for my nail gun and she managed to find some that would fit it that weren't even listed in the catalogue. She was brilliant and couldnt do enough to help.

Quick service and prices are good.

Just been to this tool station and got assisted by the very friendly and helpful Jack. Two smashing lads on the counter, very cheerful and helped me get exactly what I need. Great place!! Clean tidy packed full of stock.

Super helpful, usually have stuff in stock, great prices and easy parking

The staff here are always super-helpful and friendly. On my last visit one of the team carried a heavy item out to my car without even being asked. Always good prices too. Highly recommended.

Both guys were very friendly. Andy served me and was so helpful with the product I was interested in. He did all he could to find the best one for me. He even put my purchase in the car for me. I highly recommend The Toolstation.
