Was buying a stepladder and decided to collect. Great idea till I discovered that I could not get it in my car. Absolutely no trouble to the staff, cancelled the order and put it thru again for delivery on Monday at no charge. Top marks to the very helpful and pleasant staff. One other point, compare their prices with similar companies and you will be amazed how much cheaper they are. 5 stars for sure

Screwfix are brilliant for hundreds of items from bathrooms,boilers,electrical items and thousands more,the prices are very good and the goods are of good quality.The staff are very helpful and friendly,you can also park easily.I bought lever action sink taps for around £25 less than other outlets I tried and they are of excellent quality and look good.IF you haven’t used this service before you should give it a go .Also if they haven’t got what you need they go out of their way to help you.highly recommend.

Screwfix is open, just follow diversion signs. We approached from West Street Bedminster up to traffic lights then following the diversion signs passing Cameron Balloons. Parking the car was easy and service was quick and friendly.. This shop operates similar to Argos, using catalogues.

Do NOT buy from screwfix. They do not honour guarantees and lie about processing card refunds.
I purchased a fan in June 2019. It first broke in July 2020, failing to connect to Bluetooth and failing to turn on, even when humidity reached 100%.
Screwfix refused to honour the 5 year warranty, despite the Consumer Rights Act placing responsibility on the retailer to do so.
I had to escalate this within Screwfix to finally get a replacement.

2 months ago the replacement fan also broke so I asked for a refund.
Screwfix promptly arranged pick up of the fan.
A week later, no refund, so I contacted them and provided the shipping tracking number.
I was told a refund would be credited to my account (it was a counter purchase so this was confusing.
I asked who to contact to arrange card details, as my previous card had been lost and replaced.
I received an email from them saying a refund had been made.
11 days later, no money in my account.
2 hours of phone calls later, my bank and visa have no record of the transaction that screwfix are claiming went through.
They are refusing to give me a refund of the £99.99 I paid.
Screwfix are a terrible company.
