I found the items I wanted and staff were nice. The store is bright and has wide aisles.

We visited early September, looking for housewares.
The choice in different brands, colours, price etc was a bit dissapointing, but we bought the odd item.
Funny to see fasteners being described as pick 'an ' mix in different bags with bar code.(around two quid 250gor 350g) It's very handy though that you can pick screws, washers etc, in this form, rather than pay the equivalent eight twelve quid at bigger diy stores like B&Q.

Love a Wilko however this store, lots of empty shelves, the security man follows you around so sneakily yet obvious (he does it to so many people so don't be offended). Long queues more often than not. One human till open and recently only 1 or 2 of the 6 or self checkouts not working. Which is funny because they used to scream at you to use them and be annoyed if you wanted to pay with cash. Sometimes pricing especially with sales aren't clear.
Of the staff there's probably 3 who are nice

This used to be one of my fave stores for cleaning products but stock has been scarce since LOCKDOWN - in this branch anyway, and doesn't appear to have recovered.

However today I popped in and it was the most stocked I've seen it in months!!!! Lots of Xmas stuff in, new stationary, lots of crafts stuff for the kids. Let's see how long it lasts...

Hs all the types of homeward essentials that one could ask for, I was particularly impressed by their toy section and the home furnishings such as bed linen, throws, cushions and towels.

Offers no longer available STILL show online & on the shelf. At checkout unacceptable wait time while 3 members of staff working out how to apply the offer since by law under Sale of Goods act they are bound by what it shows on the shelf. Not the first time I've experienced this simple inefficiency.

Very sad store with empty shelves. I used to love popping here to find all sorts of different goodies. The staff are very friendly.

This shop is a big scam! Labels always wrong and you’ll probably find out when you got home and it’s to late. If you do find out after paying then good luck to you! They will make you queue behind a massive line, with the hope that you will give up! Very bad service and keeps happening here!
Ended up getting refund because the cashier was so rude when I was so nice about it. £2 will not make me millionaire but this service is unacceptable!
TODAY I HAVE PROMISED MYSELF I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE 👋🏽
