Used to be OK but since they changed the terms on the discount it has made everything substantially more expensive than their rivals. They promote now that you get a discount the next month provided you spend a certain amount, yes I understand the business decision but that alienates all the small traders as they simply do not need to repeat purchase at that level. The staff here are friendly enough but there are often not many of them about and you often find you are queuing with the general public instead of using the dedicated Trade Point section. To top it off I changed my address details and ever since my account has not been recognised.....Not that it matters anymore as for me there is no further benefit in being a member.
