Toolstation HQ had let me down with some poor alerts and I turned up twice to collect an order which was incomplete. The manager was very apologetic but it seemed clear that I would have to come back again. The next morning the remaining product was delivered to my front door. The manager had made no mention of this but must have taken the initiative and arranged the direct delivery at no cost to me. So zero stars for Toolstation's customer alert system but five stars for the service from this branch. Thank you!

Very disappointing experience. Having used many different branches over a long period of time, our experience today was hopefully a one off. The lady seemed to be disinterested and almost rude, she took a silly amount of time informing the customer in front of me their order wasn't available when it was sitting behind the counter on a sack trolley. I was asked if I was waiting for a click and collect when standing under the sign and then the lady proceeded to offer us someone elses order. Long wait in the branch, despite other staff laughing in the next room and not serving customers.

I just wanted to leave a quick review to thank Toolstation, and in particular the lady that dealt with me, for their fast efficient service this morning (23 Oct 21 @ 09:30), in addition to their prices being very competitive for the items I required. A special mention (without it becoming political!) about their posters in store, which respect choice when it comes to wearing masks and not pressuring people to have to wear them in store. This is the first I've seen and it seems Toolstation are leading the way with anti-discrimination policies. I for one will be supporting them whenever I can moving forwards. Well done Toolstation!

Excellent service from Donna. She took the time to understand my question and although she couldn't answer it her self she soon found a college who could. I'll certainly go to this Toolstation again in preference to a large DIY shop where you pay half as much again for a fancy shop but no advice from the staff about their products.

Superb knowledgeable staff who are approachable and easy to ask for advice and guidance. In a digital age, it's refreshing to encounter genuinely good staff when spending money. Andrew has served me several times and consistently goes the extra mile!

Excellent service. Didn’t have to wait long. My purchases were heavy, they were trolleyed out to my car and loaded up for me without having to ask. Very pleasant and helpful member of staff.
