Toolstation Woolwich

Every time I’ve ordered here the service has been quick and professional. They have a very helpful staff willing to give helpful suggestions if asked and are always mindful of the 2 meter rule without being rude. Great job.

This branch of Toolstation (Woolwich) are excellent, they are very efficient. Click and Collect are very quick compared to other branches. This Toolstation is my local branch, but sometimes i need to use other branches but they are not as quick so far during lockdown its only take 10 -15 minutes where as other branches have taken more than one hour.

The service is always fast and the people are professional. Filipe especially is amazing, always very welcoming and useful for advice.

Great customer services, they was very helpful and the prices were great compared to other stores. 🙂

Reasonable prices And good friendly Staff

"It does not work like that... " I was told by the lady behind the counter when I approached them for asking a question... I guess talking to a machine would be have been more productive. Low customer service skills not to mention low EQ... Seems that someone is in the wrong business. Well done lady, you just lost TOOLSTATION yet another customer! (I'm sure I'm not the only one). Tradie, do yourself a big favour and go next door where retail assistants happy to help and smile from time to time..!

Woman on click and collect desk was rude. She made up her face as we approached the counter. It was downhill from there as she was doing her best to be unhelpful. She would probably be better off working at the back of the store and not with customers directly.

I have been a customer at the store for a while and every time i have great, quick and professional service.
