Awful customer service.

Tried to make an order over the phone several times - each time the person on the other end hung up as they didn't want to deal with this.

Would use a different TradePoint if I were you.

Terable manager 1620 closing down show when say is 1700 is shop close . For traider offer me to joint 200m long queu to regular customers when is left 40minute till shop get close . Social distant between staff not egsist no gloves no social distant 2m from staff definitely recommend to check this store if this is high quality service provider for customer in this days . Anyway I won't be back in this store any more.

Trade point traders have to joint regular customers line and waiting with b&q customers. C

Signal are very weak inside of IKEA

So long queues and only 2 people on checkout

Not much customer service available.

I just want to thank David T at TradePoint in Greenwich! I had lost my phone in North Greenwich and on calling it David at TradePoint answered. He had found my phone in the car park and kindly kept it safe for me. It's nice to know there are still honest people in the world!
