I like Wilkos. I use it for hair care, health care, stationary, cards and DIY. They have a great range of decor for every room you need. I also find it good for certain pet foods that I cannot buy at superstores. My only complaint is that sometimes there are not enough tills open. They now have a self service area, which is okay when you have a few items, but I usually have a bag full and will have to que, when there have been staff on the floor putting goods on shelves. The staff are great, helpful, friendly, but they just need to open tills when there is a question of 4 people or more.

It's ok, it's Wilko what's to say. Staff here are actually really lovely though just a shame they have so many tills and only ever one of them staffed.

Will never return. Will stick to HB or B&M in future.
Customer Service was awful. Spent just short of £100 today on paint and they refused to allow me to take the trolley to the car in the adjacent car park, so instead I had to make multiple trips there and back.
Lost us as customers for sure.

Really gone downhill. Prices rose before everyone else and have dropped the best items they stocked. Gone from my favourite, to a place that has nothing for me.

I like willpower shops,but they seem not to be stoked, or managed properly. As though they are getting ready to close down, I hope not .
