Toolstation Northampton

Absolutely fantastic place to shop. The click and collect is a great addition, waiting times have always been brief, but click and collect had me in and out in under a minute last time. Believe it or not the only thing that lets it down are some customers that tend to spend 10 minutes leaning over the counter looking at the monitor because they don't know what they want. Hardly the fault of toolstation, though.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure that I get the right product

Ordered magnolia sandtex, picked it up, got back to job, 5 mile journey, got it from van, they'd given me the wrong colour had to make another 5 mile journey to replace it, not happy at all!

Easy and convenient! Always find what I want and if not, later pick up is available.

Always absolute brilliant service from these guys. I'm just a DIY'er, so not in there as much as guys in the trade, but you know it's great service when the staff remember your name. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!

Good shop. Very handy for the odd tool or two. My only gripe with these franchises is the waiting time. Staff are polite and helpful, just need more of them.

Very helpful and useful staff. The guy on the till was really patient with me as I was after an multi-purpose grease and didn't knew which to pick. He showed me various options and even helped to decide which is best.
Will definitely come back and recommend to all our friends and family.
Five stars service for the guy on the till (sorry, didn't get his name, a young dark and curly hair, very tall and fit).
