Mark and Dan (and the team) are just simply fantastic. As a new business in the area, they have been so supportive in helping us access local help, they also have been really neighbourly with pricing. I will only go to them for my hardware needs.

These guys are awesome, Darren and Mark really helpful, honest and great guys to deal with. Nice reminder of how hardware stores used to be before the big multi stores came along. Keep up the great work guys.

I have rated this shop one star because I can’t rate it zero. I bought a ladder wich they selling £45 more than screwfix. When I tried to return they told me that I can’t get the refund because of their policy wich robbing people.
Just be aware of this when you come to this shop. They won’t tell you about this.

43:50 for gas when everywhere else in Norwich is 29:50 cashing in on gas shortages and cost of living. NOT A BUSINESS I WILL SUPPORT ANYMORE
