This place is a Gem... What ever you need you will find and if you cannot find the staff are very knowledgeable and will source the product for you. It was a long shot, but I need a new neo sat and even though they did not sell it they looked up there supplier and sourced it for me. Arrived at my home the next day... The Indian owner did not charge me for express delivery.

Called Handy Stores as a result of placing an order via Amazon- I'd ordered the wrong thing.
They couldn't have been more helpful. They sent out a set of toilet hinges and then, when they didn't fit, sourced and sent out a different size. I now have a loo seat that doesn't move! I cannot recommend Handy Stores highly enough. Everyone I spoke to was really friendly and they even whatsapped me with pictures of products. Really impressed.

Had a truly disappointing experience with this shop this morning.
The staff couldn't be any less helpful with my enquiry and dismissed me as soon as it wasn't something they could grab off a shelf 1m away from them. Terribly lazy and unprofessional staff and experience as a whole, wont be going here again nor recommend them to anyone.

Good range of stock for a small local store but they could work on their customer service a bit. The guy behind the counter seemed mildly annoyed that I'd interrupted his time looking at his phone to ask for something.

Really good service: I needed a certain length of PVC pipe and they cut it for me.
