Excellent Click & Collect service during Covid-19 lockdown. Very quick and efficient. Having a catalogue aids ordering so you know exactly what to order with the product code from it. Found it difficult to order by scrolling through dozens of pages (screens) to find what I wanted then remembered I had a real catalogue. Once I had a list of products it was easy to order in line. No sooner had I ordered, a minute or so later I got the text to say I could collect it. Very keen prices and a wide choice too .

I pop in here a lot and I have to say all the staff are really helpful. Recently Maddison helped me with working out if I could get the trim I’d just bought to fit in my car! She lent me a tape measure and all in all was so helpful. The other day she came out and loaded a heavy tub of tile adhesive. Its the people that make a difference and I always choose to go to this branch over another one. Thanks Maddison and also the rest of the team.

The guy who’s working there helped me a lot today even though I didn’t ask for it. He is Very polite. Great customer service. Will definitely choose this store now as the other one is awful.

Mike and valzon were incredibly helpful during my visit to buy a heavy duty chain for my very expensive new electric bike. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys.
