Ordered apart to be fitted then never heard back ordered new machine then he rang back after several messages being left with a lady saying part in should have been in last week! Then really good customer service saying oh I'll have out part in-stock thanks for help not! If he would have got back to us be helpful to us as the customer!!!! Very rude!
