Always a pleasant experience when purchasing items from Toolstation Southport for my D.I.Y. The staff are always pleasant and willing to help with any query I have regarding the items I need. They have also been extremely professional during the recent health crisis ensuring the safety of everyone. Thank you.

Excellent friendly service from all the staff. Very good prices and plenty of stock. Click and collect works extremely well. Minutes after ordering online I receive a text to say my item is ready for collection.

Often don't have sufficient quantity of popular products. You need 4 items to do a job then discover only 3 stocked, so 2 journeys required and a stopped job.

Mask-dodgers in store today, a member of staff behind the counter who clearly has no respect for the safety of co-workers, and 3 punters blatantly contemptuous of the rules who weren't challenged.

Update 7 Oct 2022 - whilst visiting here today I alarmingly discovered that they have now REMOVED all the covid safety screens from their counter leaving their staff and customers unprotected & vulnerable. 😱

This is in the week when covid cases are rapidly increasing and hospital covid admissions are soaring to the extent that many hospitals are now full even though we are only just entering winter.

You couldn't make it up! Whan on earth are the management thinking?🤔 😵‍💫🥺
