Wilko

I did a click and collect purchase of heavy items. I rang ahead and said I was coming. When I arrived I rang the doorbell within 2 minutes the roller door was raised up and I was handed the box containing my items. Easy, no fuss!

Good place to visit for those random things, like a bicycle tyre, paint, wallpaper, cleaning products or holiday decorations.
We love it for the pick and mix which is usually half price during school holidays .. sadly there's normally lots of empty containers so you rarely get the full selection that can be available - but it's a bargain (especially if you're off to the cinema as the giant cup is half price down to £2)

Useful shop with a wide range of budget items. Staff, if you can find one, aren't particularly knowledge about the products they sell.

Everyone knows what Wilkos is. I live in the south west but grew up in Manchester when Wilkos was only ever a northern store! And even though it was called Wilkinsons we all called it Wilko.

I always thought it was hilarious how excited southerners got when they first discovered Wilkos some years later.

Anyway, this review is actually for the staff at the Taunton Store. A truly wonderful team of people, who clearly enjoy their job and enjoy helping people, even if it's just a quick friendly chat to brighten up their day.

I'm being incredibly serious when I say that ALL the staff at the Taunton store should get some kind of bonus for services to the company because they honestly do go above and beyond. They are a huge credit to Wilkos.

We love Wilko. We visit often and always find a bargain of some kind.

Shelves very empty not there fault, I presume.
I used the self serve till and the lady in charge of them was really nice chatted and helped.
Got the stuff I needed at a reasonable price.

Very low stock levels, could not find the product we wanted.
It's been the same for weeks.

Wilko is one of my favourite shops in Taunton, they have everything I need !
