The guttering etc we purchased were excellent quality and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. We omitted to pick up part of the order, called to say we would collect it and they stopped us returning and delivered them free of charge the same evening. Full marks staff and owners for a quality job.

But mostly the staff are just really nice people. Really friendly and helpful, and genuinely try to help you get the right products (even if that means sending you to other stores) rather than trying to get a sale out of you...

It is a bit of a pain having to order on line at the moment, but if you plan ahead you can make it work, each time I have collected my order in my time slot it has been ready in a few minutes, so at a tricky time they are making it work 👍

Nice alternative to some other places. You can get stuff here off the self whereas Wickes and other major brands really don't stock much now and waiting is a must.
