Screwfix Lichfield

I thought click and collect would be a fast and time saving option but had to wait in que for the till and once served I had to wait yet another 25 mins for my item to be bought out. One member of staff on desk and the rest hiding in the back. Wouldn't mind but it was not even busy. Also click and collect machine is always broken. Rugeley is a much better store.

Have been in store quite a few times picking up orders. Have to say every time has been a fantastic experience, the staff are plentiful and extremely quick at serving people. I've also been impressed with the whole "covid" setup where I've always felt safe. Congrats to all involved.

Always a treat to go to Screwfix. View all products in the online catalogue, order online then pickup. During lockdown I've had larger items such as a ceramic toilet system delivered. Brilliant.

Bang on, click and collect orders are always ready and waiting so no fuss there. Staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient.

service is only pick up collection. was not aware but they still served me as I needed to order safty boots. the chap on the door was lovley and so was the woman who served me.

I have to buy everything I need from Screwfix - except they do not sell everything. I wanted small bayonet candle bulbs, they don't have any nor do many other outlets. The assistant told me lots of customers ask for them - so Screwfix take notice!!!!
I love the on line order and collect it's so easy.
Wish I could give 5 stars.

Best to avoid the oak wood croydex soft close toilet seat as the bump stops are to big and the fittings cannot be adjusted or levelled.
