Toolstation Redditch

Working out of my local area, and located the Redditch branch as i required some additional kit
Trade counter was quite busy with only 1 member of staff dealing with customers, i waited my turn and was greated by a young lady think her name was Emily. Whilst dealing with the customers before me, she was not flustered, and dealt with everyone professionally. When serving me, she had the time to ask how my day was going ? and made me feel appreciated as a customer
Just thought i would share this information as service like this often goes unnoticed

Great service Emily went above and beyond . She is very knowledgeable and made sure I was totally satisfied before allowing me to leave . So refreshing to have a young person take such care . Makes one want to return highly recommended

Bit of a nightmare to deliver to as a HGV driver. Everyone seems to get given the same timeslot. Can take hours to tip (3 hours this time)
Nice enough people but doesn't seem very organised at all.

I use toolstation regularly and I am often served by Jan who is always very helpful, cheerful and friendly. I cannot rate the customer service at the Redditch branch highly enough.
