It's great to have somewhere local where you can get reptiles, fish etc. They also sell plenty of products for fish which is always useful. Sometimes the advice they give out about the care of fish isn't always accurate so I wouldn't rely on what they are saying. It's best to do your own research before purchasing anything.

Friendly staff . Fair prices . Always have items in when I've needed them . Being local it's my first shop to go to . They've even helped me get my trike back on the road with numerous nuts & bolts .

So I have been using this place for years. They do everything from aquatics to kitchens. Everyone there is knowledgeable and they even taught me a few things lol highly recommend them!!

They offer a drop off service but make rude comments under their breath about customers when using it and not making a purchase from the store. Some of the staff are really nice but the owner/manager is rude and miserable. Im told I can only have 1 tracking number for numerous parcels yet when querying this with Hermes was told the store should be scanning parcels individually and giving separate tracking numbers. Have now taken my custom else where as clearly the store only like it when you purchase something and not just use a service...they....offer.

I have shopped here on numerous occasions and the service has been ok BUT today I’ve had extremely bad customer service.
I went in to return 2 items via Hermes collection service, I had trouble with scanning the QR Code as I’ve recently had a stroke and lost the vision in my right eye causing a problem with depth and perception. They eventually did scan it for
me very reluctantly, saying concerned with touching my phone due to Covid but there was hand sanitizer on the counter!!!
I became very stressed and anxious and I NEVER SHOP at this store again
