Not sure why they ask for additional 5p for charity on top of you cost for shopping..can't prove the money gets to anyone and why can't Wilko put the money in..

Retford Wilkos have the friendliest staff team! Nothing is too much trouble for anyone you ask a question of. Amazing customer service and a very friendly store every visit.

Lots of missing stock, very untidy shelves, missing prices or wrong prices on items, member of staff working on the self scan was quite ignorant to a customer who asked about an on screen message and upset the lady by being patronising. Not sure what's happening with wilkos recently, because its every store I go in and they never uses to be like this
