Toolstation Ayr

I was in the store last night. I was served by Scott. Although they did not have the item I needed, he went above and beyond to try and get it. No luck but the effort he made was excellent. Extremely pleasant. Would highly recommend.

Was in on the 7th and served by a lovely man called Gary. He was amazing, talked me through all my options and helped me choose the best one for my project. Wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

One very rude member of staff, think she might be the manager, obviously doesn't want to speak to the public

Great selection of products. Order 3 items online. Received a text within 10 mins saying my order was ready to collect. When I arrived in store I was welcomed by Garry who was friendly, helpful and efficient. I’d recommend Toolstation in Ayr for choice, value and great service.

only needed a few rolls of packing tape today, the shop assistant was pleasant enough, and did get my order without any fuss. usually deal with Kim or Phil who are always friendly and polite. as are Gary, Sean and Euan.

Had a great experience at Toolstation Ayr a couple of days ago. The boy called Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable. He carried a lawnmower out to my car for me as I have a bad leg at the minute, and was simply unable to carry this task out by myself so hats off to him. Couldn't give anything less than 10/10 for service, would one hundred per cent recommend Toolstation Ayr

First time I’ve ordered something online from Toolstation. I normally wind up dragging myself around a hardware store for what I need, but had a look this morning when I had a spare 5 minutes. Something I needed at short notice to help set up the outdoor Christmas lights, and seen the local Toolstation had what I needed in store. Purchasing through the app was really straightforward, quickly received confirmation of the order and a further email to confirm the collection was ready. Popped in tonight and spoke with Garry in the store who was really efficient and friendly. All in, thoroughly recommend Toolstation and the Ayr store.
