Well stocked hardware store. Staff are efficient and helpful. It's not ideally suited for wheelchair access as there are stairs to different levels. Stocks almost everything you can think of for the home and garden.

Staff member was so helpful today. Served by a lovely gentleman who assisted us with paint required for metal fence. Got everything we needed at a good price. Thank you!

Excellent shop.Always have everything that I need at very competitive prices.
The Car Park at the rear of the Shop is so convenient to use, always has spaces that are available. Why go all the way up to the Heathfield estate, when everything is on the doorstep

Well laid out store. Great selection of goods. It is good to see a proper hardware store. Christmas stock is being put out with some unusual and reasonably priced items. Based on this visit would highly recommend this store.

We parked at the back entrance as I use a wheelchair. Staff were very happy to point out where I could find different products. After paying, our purchases were carried out to the car. A thoroughly pleasant shopping experience.

Enjoy a wander in this well stocked shop. However I bought Essentials bird food which would be better labelled Basic as it is 70% full of grass seed which most birds aren't interested in.

Would normally be a 4 star & 5 for service but really disappointed to see the continued sale of fireworks. With the world looking to reduce emissions & campaigns to prevent upsetting vulnerable people & the terror the strike in animals I don’t think that HH is doing itself any favours by cashing in on what is soon to be the sale of such an outdated product. The government hopefully will soon be putty’s stop to the sale shame theat HH couldn’t have shown understanding to the wishes of most of their customers & taken the decision as Sainsbury’s did first
