Great to pop in and get some cool gadgets whilst camping nearby.

I like WILKO for its no nonsense approach for all sorts of general needs items at sensible prices and the Pwllheli store is no exception.
Staff are also helpful and store is well stocked.

Pleased to find Wilko still open. It's closed down where I used to live. Better variety, cheaper than other shops in 'my' town.

Wilco use to be great.manned checkouts as well as self service checkouts. Now all change. 3 self scan/payment checkouts for card payments and one manned checkout for cash. I'm an oldie and get confused at any self checkouts.causes me considerable stress. I can't be alone with this always call for assistance or will leave my shopping and exit store. I feel reluctant to go to Wilco now because of this.
The man who did serve me was lovely though. Thank you that at least you are employing people who are kind to customers like me.

Always great service from staff, is too bad sometimes they don't have all the stock, glad they have the option of self check out when it gets busy

Always over charging they have over charged me £6.50 altogether this month I have been back 3 times after checking receipts .
With the rise in cost of living its not on.
I have already told trading standards as I think it happens a lot and they are just trying to get a bit more money off you VERY SNEAKY

We were camping near Pwllheli, and need a few odds and ends. Wilko pretty much had us covered for anything we needed, from water hose adapters and rubber 'O' rings, to clothes hangers, and of course pick and mix sweets for the kids. Some of the staff spoke Welsh as well, which was great. Brilliant!
