Toolstation Cardiff Ocean Way

Lovely staff here, always welcoming and helpful. Nothings to much trouble, they always try to find an alternative if they don’t have what you need in stock or will tell you what branch does have it. Very knowledgeable and quick processing orders. I like it so much I’ve even asked for a job! Haha!

I went into the Ocean Way Toolstation branch a bit blindsided and needed some help with some home DIY I intended to do and I have to say the customer service was second to none. Really helpful and friendly and I left with not only what I needed but some really useful tips as well! Anyone visiting this branch ask to speak to David Walker, he’s awesome, well done Toolstation you’ve got yourself a diamond there!

I popped in earlier to buy some various items, and thankfully an employee named Nathaniel was there to help me out, otherwise I would have been hours figuring out what I needed. He was honestly one of the friendliest and most helpful guys I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I felt like I was getting some kind of VIP service, the only thing missing was a red carpet. Maybe next time...

I buy most of my DIY gear from Toolstation.
Ocean Way shop is handy and the staff are friendly and helpful. If the shop hasn't got what I need they always advise which store has it stock.

Brilliant service by the salesperson who's name was Nathaniel. Initially there was some system issues so was unable to process my refund and purchase. Once the system was back up and running, Nathaniel helped refund an item, helped find a flexi filler I was after and managed to provide me with screws that were the exact length and diameter that I needed for my wardrobe restoration project.

I visited the store on 10.10.22 and was served by Daniel and Nathaniel who not only provided me with amazing customer service they also helped me find solutions to my DIY issues. Massive thank you to you both. I would highly recommend using the store and will revisit again.

I popped in last week for some bits to remove mould and repaint my bathroom, the store was really well laid out and made it easy to find the things I needed. I needed advice on a couple of bits and was helped by someone called Joe - he was super polite and informative. Will definitely be going back if/when I need any DIY bits or advice.
