Came here after a shockingly abysmal experience at Toolstation in Llandudno. What a world of difference. Polite, courteous, helped me with things i didn't understand. I think Screwfix will be getting a substantial part of my £10,000 renovation budget. Toolstation will get nothing after the abuse from the rude and aggressive male with a Manchester accent.

Needed to buy a toilet seat very plsd with Rich who served me today & advised as i was clueless. Truly a "gentle giant" working there & sold me a raffle ticket. Good luck whoever wins. 😊
