I have never visited your store. I only stumbled across you because of your beautiful Christmas advert. And yet from that one, short film, I think it is quite clear that you are a wonderful, traditional business built on family values & service to the community.

While I am a good hour or two away (in South Wales), I will definitely make an effort to pop in at some point in future.

Best Hardware store on the planet. If their service provides a fraction of the joy as their commercial, you will have an unforgettable experience. The next time I go to Wales(from my home in California), I will stop by and purchase as much stuff as I can carry. Please sell T Shirts online. This fabulous hardware store is a treasure trove for anybody who lives by the William Morris's golden rule to “Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.” The friendly staff and aftercare service is above and beyond.
