Wilko

One of my favourite places, got everything you need under one roof.
If you are looking for plants for your flower bed, or just gardening tools, Wilko's has a good selection.

Wilko Stores are now dog friendly.
Pay and Display car park £1.80 for 2hrs, annoying if you only want to pop in for a couple of bits, but great if you want to pop to Town as well. Lovely big shop, very spaced out, good variety of goods despite a lot of empty shelves. In-store Cafe was closed on Monday when we visited.

This is the biggest wilko store I have ever been too! Really easy to find. Lots of parking (pay and display) great product selection. Staff are very friendly. I phoned the day before my visit asking if they would hold a certain item for me. They did and it was really easy to collect

Always great bargains to find. Plenty of affordable Christmas presents. Staff are helpful. A good variety of products. A shame to see the Llanelli one close

Not as much stock as there used to be, went there to get some perfume, none available.
Never been to a wilkos before and not bought anything.

Unbelievably changed, big queues on the only cashier-interface check out, other staff members “waiting” to serve (?) Card Only check outs, plural. I approached the now non existent Customer Service desk, which was manned at the time, to purchase a Lottery ticket (which is where you used to buy them , from cheerful and polite assistants) he couldn’t help, went off to ask someone else (the 3 assistants waiting to “help” non existent Card Only customers) they sent me back to queue at the only check out taking cash. Then when I was eventually served the beleaguered assistant had to leave her check out to go over to the empty Customer Service desk ….leaving everyone waiting while she processed my lottery ticket. The New store lay out is a nightmare and makes no sense. I won’t be going back and won’t be surprised to hear that it is going to close down. Shame on you Wilko, you had the friendliest, most polite, cheerful and helpful staff. What a turn around, not the staff, perhaps you should review your management style . I bet’d good money that your profits are down !

I used to love going to Wilco Carmarthen, but it's looking so sad lately with a much smaller shop floor and lots of empty shelves. It unfortunately seems to be gearing towards store closure, but I really hope I'm wrong 😔

Lovely bright store, good range of products. Staff very helpful.
