Delivery service is s*#t even when you pay for pre 9am or noon etc... It doesn't get to you in the expected time. Try to track the delivery; you'll get through to a call centre and the operator won't have a clue bit will offer your delivery fee back. They think this is OK. Stick to proper building suppliers. These are no different to BQ or Wickes, they just think they are.

Customer Service by the Australian Lady was disgusting. Told me everythings in the book and was short and didnt seem to want to help me, her attitude overall was shocking. Will not be returning.

Great little store for my DIY needs when I am at my holiday home. Staff are always courteous efficient and on the ball. Store of choice for my requirements.

Assistants where not very helpful carrying goods to the car..as my husband is disabled he had to make 3 journeys back and forth to the car

Like most screwfix seems to keep fair number of items in stock but always worth checking via the Web site before you go
