I think you could teach your manager, Paul, a thing or two about interpersonal skills. I felt very uncomfortable after my brief encounter with him. Great job alienating a very genuine & potentially frequent customer. I will not be returning.

Brilliant service , cheaper than Amazon and local cheapie shops

Encouraged to shop local but most high St shops can't compete with online prices. Nibletts not only can, but often better online prices for many similar products. Large stock of most diy products too.

Went in for a torch for the incoming storm and came out with several things I needed but didn't realise they stocked. Super friendly and helpful sales ladies and to cap it all it smells like a proper old school hardware store. Sadly shops like this are disappearing because of the big nationals which is a real shame.Totally recommend.

Great shop, well stocked with a great assortment of hardware, gardening needs, paints, saucepans. We'll worth a visit to this useful and friendly shop
